Nope! That's the great thing about the way we sync your account with the chat platforms. We import your team members and setup accounts for them in ScrumGenius. Assign them to a report and trigger a check-in and they will be able to login. Login via SSO (Slack or Microsoft), password or magic link (via email).
ScrumGenius can connect to Slack, Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex Teams. Your team members can receive check-in notifications from our bot (which you can find in each app store). Our app can also broadcast responses live to the specific #channel configured.
Each team member can connect to their project management tool (see our full list of Integrations) and search for tasks without leaving the check-in page, to include links directly in their check-in.
You can pay with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard and other cards supported). We will renew your subscription automatically at the end of every billing cycle. We never store your credit card and use a payment processor. We use Stripe for credit card processing. They have strict security measures in place to ensure PCI compliance. We also allow purchasing through Microsoft AppSource.
Every team member participating in a report can see the status check-ins from anyone else on the team. This works a little different for private reports.
If you are using a chat platform, we sync your team members automatically. So just add your team members and they will show up in ScrumGenius. No more tedious invites! You can upgrade your seats and add these members to the reports to get check-ins going for them too. Each active participant of a check-in is billed. So you only pay for team members using the tool. We don't charge for billing owners, observers, or team admins (that are not in the report).
Yes! Typically one person from the company can create a ScrumGenius account, and they will be the account owner. We support multiple teams within this account. With a single login you can create new teams, belong to other teams, and switch between teams in ScrumGenius. This is great for those staffed on multiple projects or managing many scrum teams!
ScrumGenius is designed for remote teams and teams working across different timezones. Our platform allows each team member to specify their timezone and receive check-ins at their local timezone, and ScrumGenius will handle the rollup and summary. Learn more here.
